Former NCAA DIII Cross Country and Track Athlete. Competed for Benedictine University (2003-2007). During my time I was All Conference in both sports. Was team Captain and MVP for Cross Country in the 2004, 2005, & 2006 seasons. For track I was Captain 2005, 2006, & 2007. Since graduation, I have had to take several timeouts for injury rehab & surgery, but am doing my best to make a comeback. I have done a couple marathons, several half marathons, a handful of 10k & 5k roadraces, and a triathlon since my college days. Right now my goal is to go sub-2 in the half marathon.
